Wedding Plans
Our Wedding Plans incorporate a reservation fee and a
minimum order amount.
Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is due the day the contract is
signed and is required to reserve our services for your
wedding day. This fee covers our time to photograph your
wedding as well as all the time in location surveys,
pre-planning and time spent after your wedding in album
and portrait planning and design.

This fee is non-refundable and is not applied towards
the purchase of any wedding photographs. (In the case of
a cancellation, this fee may be applied toward the
purchase of any studio services within three months from
the date of cancellation.)
Minimum Order Amount
The minimum order amount is due in full 14 days before
the wedding date, and is applied towards your wedding
order for albums, portraits and family orders. If you
would like to pay your minimum order amount in
installments, please let us know. We will be glad to
discuss options with you.

The system is simple. You have a minimum amount you must
spend. You select what you want to spend that amount on,
whether it is a custom designed wedding story album, or
multiple 24x30 wall portraits. You can spend as little
as your minimum order, or as much as you like. Most
couples spend between $2,000 - $3,000 including the
minimum order, a few more and very few the minimum.
